Canadian auto dealers launch class action over alleged price-fixing by auto parts manufacturers
TORONTO, March 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - Three class action lawsuits have been launched in the Ontario Superior
Court of Justice seeking over $700 million in damages on behalf of
Canadian auto dealers over alleged price fixing on parts used in the
manufacture of automobiles.
The lawsuits name several major parts manufacturers recently implicated
in an international price-fixing probe including Yazaki Corporation,
Denso Corporation, Furukawa Electric Co.
